The
Club
The
Gawler Motorcycle Club was
originally formed in 1925 to cater for riders competing in the early 24
Hour Reliability Trial Events.
Over the years it has produced many elite riders in motorcross,
speedway, road trials, enduros and moto trials (observed tials).
We are a proud club, proud of our heritage, proud of our sporting
achievments, and proud to be one of the strongest motorcycling clubs in
South Australia today.
The Gawler MCC is a Motorcycling South Australia affiliated Club.
Club Activities
The
club
supports and encourages riders in all aspects of motorcycling. Each
year the club conducts 3 state rounds in the following disciplines:
Reliability Trials
Enduro
Moto Trials
Helping
out
with the setting up of these events is even a great opportunity to get
out there on your bike and have a bit of a ride.
The club also organises less formal club riding days in formats such as
the ever popular pony express. Trail rides are also popular with our
members.
While the competitive side of the Club speaks for itself, the commitee
recognises the success of any club is reinforced through its social
events. As such, several social events are organised each year.
